How to calculate freight?

The freight depends on the weight. The unit of weight in Express is 0.5kg. For example, if the weight of a box is 0.3kg, they will calculate as 0.5kg. If the weight of a box is 1.1kg, they calculate as 1.5kg. However, the express not only calculate the weight, but also calculate the volume. They will compare them and choose the one bigger in amount. The formula they change the volume into weight is cubic centimeter divide 5000. For example, if the weight of a box is 4.8kg, the cubic centimeter is 30000. Cubic centimeter divide 5000 is 30000 divide 5000 is 6kg. So they will calculate the weight on 6kg rather than 5kg.
